Is this real silk or satin?
All products use 100% Grade 6A Mulberry Silk at 22 momme weight — the highest quality available. We are not satin or polyester. Every item includes an authenticity card.
How do I wash silk?
We recommend hand washing in cool water with a mild silk detergent, or using a mesh laundry bag on a delicate machine cycle at 30°C. Lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry.
What is your return policy?
We offer a full 30-day return window on unworn items in original packaging. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact our team and we will arrange a prepaid return label.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping to US addresses takes 5–8 business days. Express (2–3 days) is available at checkout. EU orders typically arrive in 7–10 business days. All orders ship from our US fulfillment center.
